Contrary to the report that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC in Obollo Ward is currently in shambles, a chieftain of the party in the area, Clan Chief Tonyblack Nduka has described it as handiwork of the opposition to distract the party ahead of the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

He insisted that, "Obollo Ward APC is intact and ready to give maximum victory to Governor Hope Uzodimma in the forthcoming governorship election in the ward."

Speaking to newsmen while reacting to the suspension of some party chieftains from the ward, Tonyblack described it as minor internal party's issues which, according to him, cannot affect the overall performance of the party in the coming election in the area.

The astute politician and former Mayor of Okigwe Zone continued, "so as far as I am concerned, what you read on the media is just a minor issue within the party which I can conveniently tell you has been handled and everybody intact for the party.

"Don't forget that I have been in active politics for over 30 years now, so you can not take away my wealth of experience when I speak on politics and politicking."
