Prophet Dom Daniel Anyanwu, General Superintendent, Miraculous Deliverance Gospel Mission, Basic Bustop, Nekede, Owerri, gave the commendation shortly after he paid a courtesy visit to the Imo Police boss at his office in Owerri, weekend.

The cleric also applauded the officers and men of the command especially the Anti-Kidnapping Unit operatives led by CSP Oladimeji Odeyeyiwa for their efforts in addressing the security challenge in the state.

He described the posting of CP Danjuma to Imo State as divine, adding that, "God sent him to Imo to use him to salvage Imo; to restore peace, progress and security in our state."

According to him, "When you recall what Imo used to be before the coming of this CP and where we are now, you will agree with me that God is involved in his posting here.

"For me, the CP is just an instrument God is using to answer our individual and collective prayers over the insecurity which had ravaged our state in the time past.

"No doubt, since the coming of this CP, we have witnessed a lot of improvement and peace and stability have been restored. And I thank God for everything."

He continued, "I am also aware that the Police Commissioner did not record all this achievements alone. It is a collective effort of his and his men.

"So I commend all of them for job well done and I pray God to continue to afford them the grace, wisdom, strength and good health as they strive to discharge their professional duties effectively for the general good of our people and state."

"I also want to encourage everyone to always pray and support the Police and other security agencies to continually deliver to our expectations."
