Her father, the late Chief Superintendent of Police, Ettowa Arikpo, passed away in 2005 when Wofai was only two years old. She never had the chance to grow up beside him, yet his presence has been the most powerful influence in her life. Through the stories told by her family, stories of courage, discipline, integrity, and deep devotion to service, CSP Ettowa Arikpo became more than a memory. He became her inspiration.
Raised by her mother and supported by her uncles, Wofai grew up in a home strengthened by love, structure, and quiet resilience.
