The Imo Head of Service, Barrister Raymond Ucheoma has distinguished himself as a committed, dedicated, focused and result oriented head of the civil servants in Imo State since his assumption of office.
The man have shown his undying love and passion for workers and Imo civil servants in the State and hasn't been found wanting in any of his obligations and duties as a the number one civil servant in Imo State.
Barrister Raymond Ucheoma has done his best for the Imo civil servants and he has raised the standard of the workers to the level they are today and he's part of the reason they are happy as well.
As the Head of Imo civil servants, he has made sure that the workers are happy and this is evidence with his good rapour with them and the people's Governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma.
