The remains of the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Aladinma Hospital, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, Late Chief Sir Dr. Darlington Ogbonna Amamasi will on 17th May, 2024 be buried at his country-home, Obazu Mbieri in Mbaitoli Council Area of Imo State.
Dr. Amamasi, a renowned medical consultant surgeon, philanthropist and community leader died peacefully in his house at Aladinma with his darling wife, Lady Barr. Uchenna Amamasi by his side on Sunday 3rd March, 2024 at the age of 88, Society Mirror gathered.

Also, in a statement availed to Society Mirror by a family member, there would be Service of Song in his honour on Thursday 16th May at his country home, Obazu Mbieri by 5pm while thanksgiving service comes up on Sunday 19th May at Anglican Church Obazu Mbieri after his Interment on the 17th May, 2024.
The late owner of the famous Aladinma Hospital and Mortuary is survived by his wife, two sons, two daughters, twelve grandchildren, brothers, sisters, inlaws, and host of other relatives both at home and abroad.
Society Mirror gathered that the burial will be attended by host of prominent personalities, from all walks of life across the globe including notable politicians, medical experts, legal luminaries, revered religious and community leaders among others.
Aladinma Hospital is a privately owned healthcare center with modern facilities for child and adult health care services, maternity, surgical operations and lots more.
The hospital located at Aladinma extension, in Owerri Municipal Council of Imo State, was established on the 1st January, 1984, licensed by the Nigeria Ministry of Health and registered as Secondary Health Care Centre.
