A renowned Real Estate company, Vegas Homes Ltd has concluded plans to begin full operations in Imo, Enugu and other south eastern states of the country.

The Managing Director of the famous company, Mr. Chukwuemeka Okoye made the disclosure shortly after receiving Partnership Award from the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Imo State Council at the company's Corporate office, Wuse 2, Abuja, weekend.

Okoye, an Enugu State born Abuja based business mogul said the real estate company was driven by his passion and commitment to ensure that Nigerians and residents acquire homes at ease and low cost.

He stated that his vision to expand his business operations to Imo and other states in the south east region was to encourage residents explore easy access to homes ownership and to contribute to efforts to boost economy of the states.


Okoye said, "Vegas Homes Ltd is a brand, already known for its integrity in real estate business. We have distinguished ourselves as a reliable and dedicated company committed to providing affordable homes and services to every class of people.

"Today, we have concluded arrangements to open our offices and begin full operations in Imo, Enugu and other states in the south east. Our vision is simply to ensure that everyone owns a house at ease and low cost."

Mr. Okoye also appreciated the Imo NUJ for the award, stressing that it will motivate him and his staff in their determination to continually offer best and most affordable real estate services, deep-rooted in fear of God, to the people.


Earlier in his speech, the Imo NUJ boss, Comr. Ifeanyi Nwanguma who led other council leadership members to the event said the award was in recognition of the recipient's immense contributions to the growth of journalism profession in Imo State.

Nwanguma disclosed that the award was also to strengthen the existing partnership with Vegas Homes Ltd, aimed at benefiting the entire members of the Imo council.

He reiterated his commitment to explore opportunities and partnership that would guarantee adequate welfare of journalists in the state as well as contribute in boosting the economy and overall development of Imo State and Nigeria in general.

Highlight of the event was presentation of the award to Mr. Okoye by the South East Executive Secretary of the NUJ, Comr. Eze Adiku, on behalf of the Imo council.
